Post-renovation cleaning costs from €40 per hour with us. After a renovation we remove the fine building dust from walls, window frames, doors, window sills and floors, so you can start using your home when it is properly clean.
If we carry out the renovation ourselves, the cleaning can be part of the same quote and schedule. Prices exclude VAT; for homes over 10 years old, 6% VAT usually applies.

A quote within 24 hours, and we start on the day we agree together
We charge for post-renovation cleaning by the hour. How many hours it takes depends on the size of the home and on the work that was done: after sanding and plastering there is far more fine dust than after painting alone.

Why is building dust harder than ordinary dust?
Building dust is much finer than household dust. It hangs in the air for hours after sanding, then settles everywhere and comes back out of the cracks after a single clean. With an ordinary vacuum cleaner you partly blow it back into the room.
That is why we clean in stages: from top to bottom, first dry and then wet. Only once the dust is really gone does it make sense to hang curtains or put furniture back.
Do it yourself or hire us?
After a small job you can do it yourself. After renovating a whole home it quickly becomes days of work, just when you actually want to move in. We do it with a team in one go, straight after the work.
Cleaning as the last step of your renovation
Post-renovation cleaning is the last step after a home renovation: first the rubble goes (rubble removal), then the finishing by our plasterers and painters, and finally the dust. If you are moving out of your old home, we can also clear and clean that property.
Want your home handed over clean after the renovation?

Dust from walls, ceilings, window frames, doors and window sills, the inside of the glass, the floors, and the kitchen and sanitary ware.
