How much neighbour discount do you get per home?
The discount depends on how many homes take part together. The more neighbours, the higher the discount per m². This is the fixed scale:
Prices exclude VAT. New-build homes are charged 21% VAT.
The discount is deducted from the m² price in our price list. That m² price itself already has a sliding scale: renovation fleece, for example, costs €18.99 per m² between 30 and 100 m², €15.99 between 100 and 150 m² and €14.99 above 150 m².

Why do we give a discount when neighbours sign up together?
Because it saves us planning effort. If neighbours sign up separately, a crew has to come to each home on a different day, with travel time and the setting up of materials all over again. If they sign up together, the same crew finishes the homes one after another.
In a new-build development this makes obvious sense. Homes in the same development are often handed over shortly after one another, so neighbours are ready for finishing at around the same time. We finish more than 600 new-build homes a year, and a large share of them are in projects where neighbours receive their keys at the same time.
Do all neighbours have to have the same work done?
No, that is a misunderstanding. Every home gets its own site visit and its own quote, with the finish that suits that home. One neighbour chooses renovation fleece throughout the home, another wants a plastered wall in the living room. The discount depends on the number of homes taking part together.
What does matter: the homes must be finished in the same period, otherwise we cannot schedule them one after another. Which elements fall under the neighbour discount in your situation is something we discuss when you make your request, so it is clear to everyone beforehand.
How do you sign up together with your neighbours?
- Talk to your neighbours about who wants to take part and when you each receive your keys.
- Request a quote together and mention the addresses or plot numbers taking part in the field about your job. A first estimate of the number is enough. Within 24 hours you receive a quote based on a price indication.
- Site visit per home. Once you agree, we inspect the walls of each home separately.
- Final price per home with the m² price and the neighbour discount that matches the number of participating homes.
- Back-to-back scheduling. The same tradespeople finish the homes one after another.
If the handover of your development is delayed, the schedule simply moves with it.
Who finishes the homes?
The work is done by our own tradespeople: 40 wallpaper hangers, 32 plasterers and 25 painters on permanent contracts. That lets us schedule a row of homes with the same crew, and every neighbour knows in advance who is coming. If a home chooses renovation fleece, it is hung, filled and painted in 3 days, and the crew then moves on to the next address.
